Spicy Chicken Wings
- 1 pound Chicken wings
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon Onion powder Salt to taste Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Spicy Chily Sauce or Peri-peri sauce
Remove tips from wings and place in a shallow dish. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken (keep a little marinade to use when cooking). Cover and marinate wings in the refrigerator several hours or overnight. Drain chicken wings and place them on the barbecue which is set for indirect cooking.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush some marinade that you kept on the chicken wings when are almost cooked.
When ready, serve with some extra lemon or together with your favorite barbecue sauce as a dip. If they are too spicy, you can serve with a dip that is more refreshing like yogurt or guacamole.

Buffalo Chicken Wings
- 2 1/2 lb Chicken wings
- 1/4 c Butter
- A few drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- optional vegetable oil
Preheat your BBQ. Trim off wing tips. Separate each wing into two sections. Slowly melt butter in large saucepan. Add hot sauce and vinegar and remove from heat. Brush both sides of wings with vegetable oil and place on the rack. Let the chicken wings cook for 15- 20 minutes or until they are ready in indirect heat. Toss wings and sauce together.
